Shipping & Order Policies

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes, including combining orders or adjusting details such as on-site pickup or shipping preferences. Orders already in transit cannot be modified. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping Options:

• Free Shipping: Orders over $49 within the U.S. and U.S. territories qualify for free shipping via UPS (3-5 business days). Please allow 36-48 hours for order processing before shipment.

 Rush Processing & Expedited Shipping: For $10, you can select rush processing and UPS 2-day shipping for faster delivery.

Once your order has been processed, tracking information will be automatically provided.

Heat-Sensitive Products:

Some of our products may soften or melt in high temperatures, especially if they were previously whipped. This may alter the texture but does not change the formula or effectiveness. Please keep this in mind when ordering during warmer months.

Local Pickup:

We offer a local pickup option for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person.

Undeliverable Packages & Address Errors:

Wonderland Farms is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing destination information. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue:

• The customer is responsible for the shipping fee to resend the package.

• If a refund is requested instead, items will be subject to a restocking fee, and shipping fees will not be refunded.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages:

Wonderland Farms is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages that have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If this occurs, we will provide tracking details and carrier information, but customers must follow up with the shipping provider directly.

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept refunds, exchanges, or returns, including unused or unopened products beyond seven days after delivery.

Order Changes & Adjustments

Once an order has been processed, we cannot make changes, including:

• Combining multiple orders

• Adjusting order details

• Modifying shipping information


Every product is handcrafted in small batches with care and quality in mind. We encourage customers to ask any questions before purchasing to ensure the best fit for their needs.

• We provide a full ingredient list for every product—please review it carefully for potential allergens before ordering.

• Wonderlands Farms is not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.

• We recommend conducting a patch test before full use. If using multiple products, introduce them gradually into your routine.

Product Preferences

As a small, handcrafted business, we cannot offer returns or exchanges due to personal preferences regarding:

• Scent

• Texture

• Color

Our products are made with natural, plant-based preservatives and without synthetic chemicals. Variations in appearance or texture are normal and do not affect product quality.
